      The hotel's restaurant, Faustino, serves Mediterranean cuisine with ingredients sourced from a dedicated Minorcan vegetable garden on the property. Breakfast is served as a buffet and à la carte menu in the garden courtyard under olive trees, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available upon request. Dinner features fresh local produce, with the kitchen using vegetables grown in the hotel's own garden.
